Grumpy Bulldog Does It For the Kids

This time of the year especially there are so many causes out there wanting donations and stuff.  On TV, in the mailbox, on the radio, and even now on Twitter and Facebook.  Food banks, Salvation Army, winter coats, stuff for the troops overseas, on and on.  So maybe at this point you feel a little overloaded on the charity thing.  Even if you are, here's one you can do with very minimal effort and it's helping kids.

On one of his many blogs, Briane Pagel has challenged people to get in the SuperXMas spirit by donating at least a guestbook entry to the Caring Bridge nonprofit site for Mateo and McHale Shaw.

Come on, not even Grumpy Bulldog can say Bah Humbug to them...

And because he knows we're not usually motivated without some kind of incentive, even at XMas, he's holding a drawing for a $20 Amazon gift card.  So you can make someone feel good and maybe get something for yourself.  Sounds like win-win to me.

All the details are on his site HERE.

So really, stop buying stuff for yourself for a minute and go do something nice already!

  1. Thanks! I really appreciate it, but more so, I think the Shaws will appreciate it. Once you know their story, it's hard not to feel in awe of them.
